  1. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate and coconut oil and microwave until chocolate melts.
  3. Use a rubber spatula to mix until smooth.
  4. Let it cool slightly before using. Alternately, this can be done in a double boiler.
  5. Add nuts to the bowl of melted chocolate.
  6. Mix until all nuts are well coated.
  7. Garnish them with chopped nuts or seeds
  8. Drop small portions onto the prepared baking sheet.
  9. Space them out well, so that you don’t make it into chikki
  10. Refrigerate until solid. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
