Ingredients
Unsweetened Peanut Butter- 75 grams
Dark chocolate – 30 grams
Lindt preferably- 85%
Stevia- 2 tbsps
Coconut oil- 30 ml
Salt- 1/2 tsp
Desiccated coconut- 30 grams
Instructions
Melt coconut oil and dark chocolate separately.
Add peanut butter, dark chocolate, melted coconut oil, stevia and salt to a medium-sized mixing bowl.
Mix together until well blended.
Set in refrigerator for 2 hours until solid.
Take out 1 tbsp of mixture at a time, forming into small balls, donโt eat them as it is ๐ฌ๐คช
Coat coconut on them.
Place them on parchment paper.
Refrigerate it for 2 hours, until solid.
Recipe Notes
Store in the refrigerator and donโt keep eyeing it every-time you open it.
