Ingredients
Almond flour- 75 grams
Unsweetened dark chocolate- 30 grams
(Lindt 85% preferably)
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder- 2 tbsp
Unsweetened Almond milk- 30 ml
Eggs- 2 (whole)
Butter- 20 grams
Baking powder- 1/2 tsp
Stevia- 4 sachets, as per taste
Instructions
Add eggs to almond flour in a bowl.
Add almond milk, cocoa powder, melted dark chocolate, make it into a batter consistency.
Add melted butter, baking powder and stevia.
Pour the batter into a pre-greased bowl and put in the microwave for 2-3 minutes.
Slice it and enjoy it with a cappuccino
