Ingredients
Dark Chocolate – 40 grams
(Lindt 85%)
Cream Cheese – 40 grams
Fresh cream- 50 grams
Vanilla Essence – 1/2 tsp
Stevia – 4 sachets
Instructions
Melt chocolate in a bowl. Make it into a syrup.
Cool down and add it to a mixer, add cream cheese and cream.
Prefer draining extra water from cream.
Add stevia and vanilla essence
Mix it in a mixer and then transfer it to a fresh bowl.
Use hand blender and blend it for 12 minutes on bed of ice cubes to cool it as it blends.
Garnish with a block of Lindt or just cocoa powder and refrigerate it for 3 hours at least.

Note- Best tasted after 5 hours of refrigeration
