Ingredients
Fresh Strawberries – 60 grams
Cream Cheese – 40 grams
Fresh Cream – 30 grams
Vanilla Essence – 1/2 tsp
Stevia – 4 sachets
Instructions
Place strawberries on a baking sheet in a tray.
In a pre-heated oven at 50 degrees, place the tray for 45 minutes.
Cool down and add strawberries to a mixer, add cream cheese and cream.
Before adding cream, drain them on a muslin cloth.
Add vanilla essence and stevia.
Mix it in a mixer and then transfer it to a fresh bowl.
Use hand blender and blend it for 8 minutes on bed of ice cubes to cool it as it blends.
Garnish with whole fresh strawberries and refrigerate it for 3 hours at least.
