Ingredients
Mushrooms- 120 grams
Garlic- 7/8 cloves
Onions- 40 grams
Olive oil- 20 ml
Bay leaf- 1
Peppercorn- 3/4
Salt- 1/2 tsp
Pepper – 1/2 tsp
Instructions
In a hot pan sauté peppercorns and bay leaf with olive oil.
Add chopped onions and garlic.
Sauté it till golden brown.
Add chopped button mushrooms.
Add salt and pepper
Let it cool down and make it into a paste, remove the bay leaf as you aren’t a cow who will eat that leaf.
Adjust consistency by adding water or reheating it again.
