  1. Add almond flour in a cooking pot, let it roast on a low flame till you see it turning slightly brown.
  2. Add ghee to it. Mix it well let it cook for a while.
  3. Add almond milk in two parts.
  4. Let it cook well, when it slightly starts binding, add fresh cream and cardamom. Mix it well, cook for 2 minutes more. Switch off the gas and mix stevia.
  5. Garnish it with roughly chopped almonds
