Instructions
Paneer Fritters
Add almond flour, salt in a bowl and coat paneer pieces into it
On a pre-heated pan, add olive oil and add paneer. Shallow fry it till it turns brown on both sides.
Cauli Mash
In a mixer add blanched cauliflower, butter, cream and salt and make it into a puree
Garnish with fresh herbs
