Ingredients
Cheese Roll
Amul Cheese – 120 grams
(Gouda/Parmesan)
Foil- 30 cms diameter
Olive oil- 5 ml, for greasing
Basil Walnut Pesto Sauce
Fresh Basil- 40 grams
Garlic- 3 cloves
Olive oil- 20 ml
Walnuts- 15 grams
Salt- a pinch
Pepper – a pinch
Stir fried veggies
Paneer- 50 grams
Basil Pesto Sauce- 2 tbsp
Butter- 20 grams
Red bell peppers- 20 grams
Yellow bell peppers- 20 grams
Green bell peppers- 20 grams
Broccoli- 30 grams
Zucchini- 20 grams
Onions- 30 grams
Salt- to taste
Instructions
Cheese Roll
Place grated cheese in the centre of a greased pan and let it bake for 6 minutes at 200 degree celsius.
Once done keep it aside on the foil.
Basil Walnut Pesto Sauce
Put all the ingredients in the mixer. Pulse at a slow speed to avoid the pesto turning bitter into taste.

Stir fried veggies
Blanch all veggies and prepare basil pesto sauce. Add butter to a pan, basil pesto sauce and sauté all veggies with paneer.
Sauté for 3 minutes.

Assembling:
Add basil pesto vegetables on cheese roll and wrap it
