Ingredients
Fresh Blueberries- 60 grams
Cream Cheese – 40 grams
Fresh Cream- 40 grams
Vanilla Essence – 1/2 tsp
Stevia – 4 sachets
Instructions
Place blueberries on a baking sheet in a tray.
In a pre-heated oven at 50 degrees, place the tray for 30 minutes.
Cool down and add blueberries to a mixer, add cream cheese and cream.
Before adding cream, drain them on a muslin cloth.
Mix it in a mixer and then transfer it to a fresh bowl.
Use hand blender and blend it for 12 minutes on bed of ice cubes to cool it as it blends.
Garnish with whole fresh blueberries and refrigerate it for 3 hours at least.
