Ingredients
Tori- 150 grams
Onion – 40 grams
Tomato – 30 grams
Ghee- 20 grams
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt- to taste
Coriander – for garnish
Instructions
Peel tori and chop into 1/2 inch pieces.
Finely chop onions and tomatoes. Keep them aside.
Heat ghee in a pan, add onion and cook until golden brown.
Add tomato and cook till it becomes tender. Add tori, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and cook on slow fire for 7 to 10 minutes.
Garnish with coriander
