Ingredients
Keto Zoodles
Zucchini, peeled or spiraled and blanched- 250 grams
Olive oil- 20 ml
Cheese – 15 grams
Garlic- 4-6 cloves, chopped
Red pepper flakes- as garnish
Pepper – a pinch
Salt- to taste
Keto Arrabbiata Sauce
Tomato- 80 grams
Onion- 40 grams, roughly chopped
Garlic- 1-2 cloves, finely chopped
Olive oil- 15 ml
Italian Mixed Herbs- 1 tbsp
Chilli flakes- 1/4 tsp
Oregano – 1/4 tsp
White pepper powder- 1/4 tsp
Salt- to taste
Instructions
Keto Zoodles
Make zucchini into noodles, blanch for 30 seconds and keep it aside
Add olive oil to a pan. Add chopped garlic, sauté it well. Add zoodles, toss them and add salt, pepper and red pepper flakes.
Keto Arrabbiata Sauce
Purée tomato in a mixer.
Add oil on a hot pan, add onion and garlic.
Sauté till golden brown. Add tomato purée and mix it well. Lower the flame and add seasonings.
Toss sautéed zoodles in sauce for a minute. Grate cheese and serve.
