Instructions
Keto Zoodles
  1. Make zucchini into noodles, blanch for 30 seconds and keep it aside
  2. Add olive oil to a pan. Add chopped garlic, sauté it well. Add zoodles, toss them and add salt, pepper and red pepper flakes.
Keto Arrabbiata Sauce
  1. Purée tomato in a mixer.
  2. Add oil on a hot pan, add onion and garlic.
  3. Sauté till golden brown. Add tomato purée and mix it well. Lower the flame and add seasonings.
  4. Toss sautéed zoodles in sauce for a minute. Grate cheese and serve.
