Ingredients
Cauliflower- 150 grams
Olive oil- 20 ml
Coriander- to garnish
For marination:
Fresh cream- 50 grams
Cheese – 30 grams
cheddar
Garlic- 2-3 cloves
Ginger- 1/2 inch
Chilli powder- 1 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
Coriander- to garnish
Instructions
Clean and cut cauliflower into florets.
Soak it for 30 seconds in hot water.
Marinate it in cream, melted cheese, chilli powder and turmeric powder.
In a pan, add olive oil and sauté chopped ginger and garlic. Add marinated cauliflower and let it cook with a lid for 6 minutes.
Garnish with coriander.
