Ingredients
Keto Classic Chicken Curry
Boneless Chicken- 150 grams
Ginger and garlic paste- 15 grams (freshly made)
Butter- 30 grams
Cinnamon – half stick
Jeera- 1/2 tsp
Cardamom – 4-5
Cloves- 2-3
Onions- 40 grams
Tomatoes- 40 grams
Turmeric- 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1/4 tsp
Coriander- 1/2 tsp
Garam masala- 1/2 tsp
Salt- to taste
Freshly chopped coriander- as garnish
Keto Cauliflower Rice
Cauliflower- 200 grams
Turmeric- 1/2 tsp
Butter- 20 grams
Garam masala – 1/3 tsp
Chilli powder- 1/4 tsp
Salt- to taste
Keto Almond Flour Roti
Almond flour- 50 grams
Ghee or Olive oil- 10 ml
Psyllium husk- 20 grams
Salt
Water (hot) – to make dough
Instructions
Keto Classic Chicken Curry
Add butter to a pan. Add jeera,cloves, cinnamon and cardamom.
Sauté it for a minute.
Now add ginger garlic paste, onions and tomatoes and sauté till cooked.
Add all spices and adjust salt.
Add half boiled chicken and coat it with masala.
Add a cup of water and cover it with a lid for 10 minutes.
Garnish with coriander.
Keto Cauliflower Rice
Add butter to a pan. Add garam masaala, turmeric and chilli powder.
Mix blanched and grated cauliflower and adjust salt
Keto Almond Flour Roti
Mix coconut flour with
psyllium husk. Add oil and salt to taste. Make a soft dough with hot water
Cook parathas on a hot oil greased pan
