Ingredients
Boneless Mutton – 150 grams
Ghee- 30 Grams
Onions- 40 grams
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Curry leaves- 4/5
Chilli powder– 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder- 2 tsps
Garam masala- 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Salt- 1/2 tsp
Instructions
Pre cook mutton in a pressure cooker with some salt and turmeric. (Don’t throw away the water that it accumulates while cooking)
In another pan heat ghee and add chopped onions, curry leaves, ginger garlic paste and let it cook until nice golden brown.
Add chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala.
Cook it till it becomes a thick paste.
Add mutton and mix it together. Let it cook and add stock (water in which mutton was cooked) to the pan.
Cook it on a high flame for 15 minutes till it reduces and mutton is cooked. Garnish with ghee and serve
This recipe can be accompanied along with Keto Cauli Rice or Keto Coconut Paratha.
