Ingredients
Lettuce- 75 grams
Cherry tomatoes- 30 grams
Capsicum (blanched)- 20 grams
Onions- 20 grams
Olives- 15 grams
Sun-dried tomatoes- 10 grams
Broccoli (blanched)- 20 grams
Paneer- 50 grams
Mustard vinaigrette- 15 ml
Salt- a pinch
Black pepper- a pinch
Parmesan- 1 tbsp, garnish
Sesame seeds- 1/2 tbsp, garnish
Instructions
Add all ingredients in a bowl with mustard vinaigrette, salt and pepper. Garnish with parmesan and sesame seeds.
Mustard vinaigrette can be prepared with mustard and vinegar mixed at 1:1 ratios
