Ingredients
Paneer- 150 grams
Ghee- 30 Grams
Green Chilly- 1/2, finely chopped
Minced Garlic- 4 cloves
Grated Ginger- 1 Inch
Red Onion- 30 grams, sliced
Capsicum, Red Bell Pepper, Mushrooms, Cauliflower – 150 Grams total, sliced
Tomato- 40 grams, sliced
Tomato- 60 grams, puréed
Hing- 1/2 pinch
Cumin seeds- 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala- 1/2 tsp
Kasuri methi- 1 tbsp
Coriander- as garnish
Instructions
Heat ghee, add cumin seeds, hing, minced garlic & chopped ginger
Sauté it for 20 seconds
Add in green chilies, all veggies and salt
Cook till all veggies are barely tender (cover it with a lid)
Add in masalas, mix it and cook for a minute
Add in tomatoes and tomato puree
Cover and cook for two minutes
Now add in kasuri methi and sliced paneer
Mix until paneer is well coated with masalas
Cook covered for two minutes on medium heat
Cook again without lid for a minute
Garnish with Coriander
