Instructions
Keto Fiery Paneer
Add butter to a pan, add onions and sauté, add garlic along, add tomato purée
Sauté it well and add paneer with sauces mix it well
Mix it well and cover it with a lid for a minute
Season it and garnish it with coriander
Cauli Fried Rice
Heat olive oil in a pan, add sliced onions and saute it with green chilli, chopped ginger, garlic, sauté them for a minute
Add cabbage, spring onion, French beans and stir fry for 2 minutes
Add chopped or grated cauliflower
Add soya sauce, black pepper powder and salt Mix it well and avoid overcooking
