Basil Pesto Sauce

Instructions
Cheese Cracker
On a hot pan (preferably non-stick) make two heaps of cheese and let it melt. As it is melting add oregano and chilli flakes to get the flavour.
Once the cracker is done, mould it into a cup to stuff it with the filling.
Stuffing
Blanch the veggies and toss them in the sauce.
Basil Pesto Sauce
Put all the ingredients in the mixer. Pulse at a slow speed to avoid the pesto turning bitter into taste
