  1. On a hot pan (preferably non-stick) make two heaps of cheese and let it melt. As it is melting add oregano and chilli flakes to get the flavour.
  2. Once the cracker is done, mould it into a cup to stuff it with the filling.

  1. Blanch the veggies and toss them in the sauce.

  1. Put all the ingredients in the mixer. Pulse at a slow speed to avoid the pesto turning bitter into taste
