Instructions
Cheese Cracker
On a hot pan (preferably non-stick) make two heaps of cheese and let it melt. As it is melting add oregano and chilli flakes to get the flavour.
Once the cracker is done, mould it into a cup to stuff it with the filling.
Stuffing
Hard boiled egg, cut into quarters
Cheese Sauce
Add butter to a hot pan. Add cheese and fresh cream. Mix it with a spatula. Mix it making an 8 on the pan. Let the sauce come to a thick consistency.
Add a hard boiled egg on top (cut into quarters) with a coriander leaf as a garnish
