  1. On a hot pan (preferably non-stick) make two heaps of cheese and let it melt. As it is melting add oregano and chilli flakes to get the flavour.
  2. Once the cracker is done, mould it into a cup to stuff it with the filling.
Stuffing
  1. Hard boiled egg, cut into quarters
Cheese Sauce
  1. Add butter to a hot pan. Add cheese and fresh cream. Mix it with a spatula. Mix it making an 8 on the pan. Let the sauce come to a thick consistency.
  2. Add a hard boiled egg on top (cut into quarters) with a coriander leaf as a garnish
