On a hot pan (preferably non-stick) make two heaps of cheese and let it melt. As it is melting add oregano and chilli flakes to get the flavour.
Once the cracker is done, mould it into a cup to stuff it with the filling.
Stuffing
Blanch the veggies and toss them in the sauce.
Home-Made Tomato Sauce
Add oil on a hot pan, add bay leaf, add onion and garlic.
Sauté till golden brown, add the tomato purée and mix it well. Lower the flame and add seasonings.
