  1. On a hot pan (preferably non-stick) make two heaps of cheese and let it melt. As it is melting add oregano and chilli flakes to get the flavour.
  2. Once the cracker is done, mould it into a cup to stuff it with the filling.

  1. Blanch the veggies and toss them in the sauce.

  1. Add oil on a hot pan, add bay leaf, add onion and garlic. Sauté till golden brown, add the tomato purée and mix it well. Lower the flame and add seasonings.
