Instructions
  1. Blanch vegetables and keep them aside.
  2. Add butter to a hot pan.
  3. Add cheese and fresh cream.
  4. Mix it with a spatula. Mix it making an 8 on the pan.
  5. Add herbs, oregano, salt and pepper.
  6. Let the sauce come to a thick consistency.
  7. Once the sauce is done, add blanched veggies and paneer cubes.
  8. Garnish with basil.
