Ingredients
Paneer – 150
Broccoli- 50 grams
Cauliflower – 50 grams
Red Bell Peppers- 30 grams
Yellow Bell Peppers- 30 grams
Mushrooms- 40 grams
Butter- 30 grams
Fresh Cream – 30 grams
Cheese – 30 grams
Oregano – 1/4 tsp
Mixed herbs – 1/4 th tsp
Pepper – a pinch
Salt- to taste
Basil – garnish
Instructions
Blanch vegetables and keep them aside.
Add butter to a hot pan.
Add cheese and fresh cream.
Mix it with a spatula. Mix it making an 8 on the pan.
Add herbs, oregano, salt and pepper.
Let the sauce come to a thick consistency.
Once the sauce is done, add blanched veggies and paneer cubes.
Garnish with basil.
