Ingredients
Flax Seed Wrap
Almond flour – 15grams
Flaxseed meal- 10 grams
Chia seeds- 10 grams
Coconut flour- 15 grams
Psyllium husk- 10 grams
Olive oil- 5 ml
Salt- a pinch
Tofu Stuffing
Scrambled Tofu- 100 grams
Olive oil- 20 ml
Onions- 20 grams
Tomatoes- 20 grams
Green Bell Peppers- 30 grams
Mixed herbs- 1 tsp
Oregano- 1 tsp
Chilli flakes – 1/2 tsp
Black pepper- 1/4 tsp
Salt- to taste
Instructions
Flax Seed Wrap
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
Use parchment paper to roll it out.
Place it on a non-stick pan and add olive oil when necessary.
Tofu Stuffing
Add olive oil to a pan. Sauté onions, add tomatoes and bell peppers.
Once done add scrambled tofu.
Add mixed herbs, oregano, chilli flakes, salt and pepper. Sauté it well.
Stuff flaxseed wrap with the stuffing carefully.
