Ingredients
Tofu Steak
Firm Tofu- 150 grams
slice
Garlic- 3-4 cloves
roughly chopped
Soy Sauce- 1/2 tsp
Peri Peri Sauce- 1 tbsp
Olive oil- 20 ml
Salt- 1/4th tsp
Cayenne Pepper- 1/4th tsp
𝗖𝗮𝗽𝘀𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗺 𝗦𝗮𝘂𝗰𝗲
Capsicum- 75 grams
Olive oil- 10 ml
Garlic- 2 cloves
Vinegar- a dash
optional
Pan Seared Vegetables
Broccoli- 50 grams
Cauliflower – 50 grams
Beans – 30 grams
Garlic- 2 cloves
chopped
Olive oil- 10 ml
Salt- to taste
Instructions
Tofu Steak
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.
Marinate tofu with these and leave it for at least 30 minutes.
On a preheated pan sear tofu on each side on a low flame.
Capsicum Sauce
Toss it in a pan and make it into a puree.
Add a dash of vinegar.
Pan Seared Vegetables
Blanch vegetables and toss them in a pan with olive oil and garlic
