Keto Methi Malai Paneer
Paneer- 150 grams
Fresh methi- 75 grams
Cinnamon sticks- 1
broken into half
Cardamom- 1-2 pods
Cloves- 1-2
Cashews- 6-7
Butter- 40 grams
Fresh cream- 50 grams

Coriander powder- 1/2 tbsp
Garam masala- 1/2 tsp
Kasuri methi- 1/2 tsp
Himalayan Pink Salt- to taste
Jeera Cauliflower rice
Cauliflower- 200 grams
Ghee- 20 grams
Cumin seeds (jeera) – 2 tsp
Turmeric- 1/2 tsp
Garam masala – 1/3 tsp
Chilli powder- 1/4 tsp

Instructions
Keto Methi Malai Paneer
Soak cashews in hot water for 10 minutes
In a pan sauté washed methi with 10 grams of butter and keep it aside.
In the same greased pan,
add remaining butter, onions and tomatoes. Let it sauté well.
Add cinnamon sticks, cardamom cloves, ginger, chilly.
Sauté it well. Add paneer and half cup water with all spices.
Add sautéed methi.
Add 6-7 broken soaked cashews.
Add another half cup water.
On a slow flame, cover it for 8 minutes.
Switch off the flame and mix cream.
Jeera Cauliflower rice
Add cumin seeds to ghee, once they pop, add all spices.
Mix it and add grated cauliflower.
Toss it and put a lid for 3 minutes.
