Keto Methi Malai Paneer
  1. Soak cashews in hot water for 10 minutes
  2. In a pan sauté washed methi with 10 grams of butter and keep it aside.
  3. In the same greased pan,
  4. add remaining butter, onions and tomatoes. Let it sauté well.
  5. Add cinnamon sticks, cardamom cloves, ginger, chilly.
  6. Sauté it well. Add paneer and half cup water with all spices.
  7. Add sautéed methi.
  8. Add 6-7 broken soaked cashews.
  9. Add another half cup water.
  10. On a slow flame, cover it for 8 minutes.
  11. Switch off the flame and mix cream.
Jeera Cauliflower rice
  1. Add cumin seeds to ghee, once they pop, add all spices.
  2. Mix it and add grated cauliflower.
  3. Toss it and put a lid for 3 minutes.
