Almond flour- 75 grams

Baking powder- 5 grams
Salt- 5 grams
Butter- 5 grams
Marinara Sauce
Tomatoes – 75 grams
(blanched, peeled, and roughly crushed)
Onion (finely chopped)-50 grams
Garlic (minced)-7-8 cloves
Olive Oil – 1 tbsp
Oregano – ½ tsp
Chilli Flakes – ½ tsp
Fresh Basil – 5-6 leaves
Salt and pepper – to taste
Toppings
Broccoli (florets)- 30 grams
Mixed bell peppers (chopped) – 60 grams
Cheese (grated)- 30 grams
Olive oil- 20 ml
Italian Mixed Herbs- 15 grams
Chilli flakes- 1 1/2 tbsp
Oregano- 1 tbsp
White pepper powder- 1 tsp
Salt- to taste
Instructions
Keto Bread
Mix eggs and almond flour
Add baking powder, salt and some water to the batter
Pour the batter into a pre-greased bowl and microwave it for 2 mins. Increase the time accordingly
Marinara Sauce
Heat olive oil
Add onion and garlic; cook until soft
Add tomatoes, oregano, chilli flakes, basil, salt and pepper and cook on low heat till saucy consistency
Toppings
Add olive oil, veggies, mixed herbs, chilli flakes, oregano, pepper and salt
Sauté till veggies are tender
Cool it down to room temperature, grate cheese for assembling
Baking
Pre-heat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 7 mins.
Grease the wire rack
Assembling the pizza
Slice bread into two thin horizontal slices
Apply the sauce on the bread
Place the toppings
Garnish with grated cheese, chilli flakes and oregano
Place the pizza on the wire rack and bake it at 150 degrees Celsius for 7 mins. till the crust turns brown
