Ingredients
Keto Paneer Paratha
Paneer – 80 Grams – Grated
Olive oil- 10 ml
Cheese – Mozzarella – 50 grams, Grated
Garlic- 3-4 cloves
Green Chilli – 1, finely chopped
Salt- to taste
Flaxseed Chapati Mix
Flax meal – 1 tbsp
Almond Flour – 2tbsp
Coconut Flour – 2tbsp
Chia meal – 1 tbsp
Husk / Isabgol – ½ tbsp
Ajwain – 1 pinch
Salt- to taste
Warm water to knead the dough
Ghee – 10 ml to roast the Parath
Instructions
Knead the dough for paratha and keep for about half an hour
Add oil to pan, add garlic, green chilli, grated paneer, salt and sauté until paneer is cooked
Mix paneer with grated cheese well and make the filling
Make stuffed paratha roasting it with ghee from both sides
