Instructions
  1. Knead the dough for paratha and keep for about half an hour
  2. Add oil to pan, add garlic, green chilli, grated paneer, salt and sauté until paneer is cooked
  3. Mix paneer with grated cheese well and make the filling
  4. Make stuffed paratha roasting it with ghee from both sides
