Instructions
Palak Paneer
Add half butter in a pre-heated pan. Sauté onions, tomato, ginger,garlic with jeera.
Add spinach in the mixer with the sauteed things above. Turn it into a paste.
Add half butter and cook the paste. Add coriander powder, garam masala powder, salt and paneer to it.
Put a lid for a minute after mixing it well.
Switch off the induction or gas and mix cream in the end.
Coconut Paratha
Mix coconut flour with psyllium husk. Add salt. Make a soft dough with hot water
Cook parathas on a hot oil greased pan
