Keto Homemade Chocolate Ice Cream
Instructions
  1. Melt chocolate in a bowl. Make it into a syrup.
  2. Cool down and add it to a mixer, add cream cheese and cream.
  3. Prefer draining extra water from cream.
  4. Add stevia and vanilla essence
  5. Mix it in a mixer and then transfer it to a fresh bowl.
  6. Use hand blender and blend it for 12 minutes on bed of ice cubes to cool it as it blends.
  7. Garnish with a block of Lindt or just cocoa powder and refrigerate it for 3 hours at least.

Note- Best tasted after 5 hours of refrigeration
