- Melt chocolate in a bowl. Make it into a syrup.
- Cool down and add it to a mixer, add cream cheese and cream.
- Prefer draining extra water from cream.
- Add stevia and vanilla essence
- Mix it in a mixer and then transfer it to a fresh bowl.
- Use hand blender and blend it for 12 minutes on bed of ice cubes to cool it as it blends.
- Garnish with a block of Lindt or just cocoa powder and refrigerate it for 3 hours at least.
Note- Best tasted after 5 hours of refrigeration
