Keto Homemade Strawberry Ice Cream
  1. Place strawberries on a baking sheet in a tray.
  2. In a pre-heated oven at 50 degrees, place the tray for 45 minutes.
  3. Cool down and add strawberries to a mixer, add cream cheese and cream.
  4. Before adding cream, drain them on a muslin cloth.
  5. Add vanilla essence and stevia.
  6. Mix it in a mixer and then transfer it to a fresh bowl.
  7. Use hand blender and blend it for 8 minutes on bed of ice cubes to cool it as it blends.
  8. Garnish with whole fresh strawberries and refrigerate it for 3 hours at least.

Note- Best tasted after 5 hours of refrigeration
