Ingredients
𝗞𝗲𝘁𝗼 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗶 𝗕𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗶
Broccoli, florets- 150 grams
Olive oil- 10 ml
Curd- 20 grams
Cheese – 20 grams
Cream- 10 ml
Green chillies-1, chopped
Ginger- 1/2 inch
Garlic- 2-3 cloves
Mint powder- 1 tsp
Black pepper- powder – 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice- 1/2 lemon, squeezed
Salt- to taste
𝗞𝗲𝘁𝗼 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗶 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿
Paneer- 150 grams
Curd- 15 grams
Chilli powder– 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder- 1 tbsp
Fenugreek powder (kasoori methi)- 1/2 tbsp
Butter- 15 grams
Fresh Cream- 15 grams
Olive oil- 10 ml, for greasing
Salt- to taste
Pepper – to taste
Instructions
𝗞𝗲𝘁𝗼 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗶 𝗕𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗶
Boil broccoli and let it dry.
Combine all ingredients except cheese and whisk it.
Coat broccoli with the marinade.
Rest it for 20 minutes .
In a preheated oven at 200 degrees celsius, place broccoli gently on wire rack.
Cook for 8-10 minutes till slightly brown.
Garnish with cheese
𝗞𝗲𝘁𝗼 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗶 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿
Marinate all the ingredients in a bowl and leave for 10 minutes.
Put it in a pan with 10 ml olive oil. Shallow fry it.
Or you can just cook it right on a pan.
Or can bake it too in a pre-greased pan for 10 minutes at 180 degree celsius.
