While your bucket list might demand losing weight in 1 month, keto has its own time-table to follow. Losing weight on keto depends how your body responds to it and that is based on various factors. The first and foremost is how fast your body can get into ketosis. Now you can’t control that, neither can I and nor can anyone else. It depends on how well your glycogen stores deplete and you can’t put a timer on that.
Losing weight is a very individualistic process. But here at Ketorets, I don’t just look at keto as a weight loss program. Having said that, unfortunately, we can’t ‘my-way-or-highway’ keto. The sooner you accept that, the better it is, that it’s going to be keto’s way, all the way baby!
