- 150 ml Almond Milk Unsweetened
- 20 ml Fresh Cream
- 125 Grams Almond Flour
- 30 Grams Ghee
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
- Stevia to taste
- 10 Grams Roasted Almonds as garnish

Instructions
- Add almond flour in a cooking pot, let it roast on a low flame till you see it turning slightly brown.
- Add ghee to it. Mix it well let it cook for a while.
- Add almond milk in two parts.
- Let it cook well, when it slightly starts binding, add fresh cream and cardamom. Mix it well, cook for 2 minutes more. Switch off the gas and mix stevia.
- Garnish it with roughly chopped almonds
