Ingredients
- 150 grams Paneer
- 30 grams Ghee
- 1/2 whole Green Chilly Finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic Minced
- 1 inch Ginger grated
- 30 grams Red Onion sliced
- 150 grams Capsicum sliced
- 150 grams Red Bell Pepper sliced
- 150 grams Mushrooms sliced
- 150 grams Cauliflower sliced
- 40 grams Tomato sliced
- 1/2 pinch Hing
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/4 tsp Cumin
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Kasuri Methi
- as required Coriander

Instructions
- -Heat ghee, add cumin seeds, Hing, minced garlic & chopped ginger -Sauté it for 20 seconds -Add in green chillies, all veggies and salt -Cook till all veggies are barely tender (cover it with a lid) -Add in masalas, mix it and cook for a minute -Add in tomatoes and tomato puree -Cover and cook for two minutes -Now add in Kasuri methi and sliced paneer -Mix until the paneer is well coated with masalas -Cook covered for two minutes on medium heat -Cook again without lid for a minute -Garnish with Coriander
