Cheese Cracker
- 60 grams Cheese Gouda/Parmesan
- 1/4 tsp Oregano
- 1/4 tsp Chilli Flakes
Stuffing
- 20 grams Paneer
- 30 grams Mixed Veggies Broccoli, spinach and sun dried bell peppers
Home- Made Tomato Sauce
- 40 grams Tomato Pureed
- 20 grams Onion Chopped
- 2 cloves garlic Finely chopped
- 10 ml olive oil
- 1 leaf Bay Leaf Crushed
- 1 tbsp Italian Mixed Herbs
- 1/4 tsp Chilli Flakes
- 1/4 tsp Oregano
- 1/4 tsp White Pepper Powder
- Himalayan Pink Salt to taste

Instructions
Cheese Cracker
- On a hot pan (preferably non-stick) make two heaps of cheese and let it melt. As it is melting add oregano and chilli flakes to get the flavour.
- Once the cracker is done, mould it into a cup to stuff it with the filling.
Stuffing
- Blanch the veggies and toss them in the sauce.
Home-Made Tomato Sauce
- Add oil on a hot pan, add bay leaf, add onion and garlic. Sauté till golden brown, add the tomato purée and mix it well. Lower the flame and add seasonings.
