Ingredients
Cheese Cracker
- 60 grams Cheese gouda/parmesan
- 1/4 tsp Oregano
- 1/4 tsp Chilli Flakes
Stuffing
- 1 No. Egg
Cheese Sauce
- 10 grams Butter
- 10 grams Cheese
- 10 grams Cream
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- Himalayan Pink Salt to taste

Instructions
Cheese Cracker
- On a hot pan (preferably non-stick) make two heaps of cheese and let it melt. As it is melting add oregano and chilli flakes to get the flavour.
- Once the cracker is done, mould it into a cup to stuff it with the filling.
Stuffing
- Hard boiled egg, cut into quarters
Cheese Sauce
- Add butter to a hot pan. Add cheese and fresh cream. Mix it with a spatula. Mix it making an 8 on the pan. Let the sauce come to a thick consistency.
- Add a hard boiled egg on top (cut into quarters) with a coriander leaf as a garnish
