Ingredients
- Paneer- 150 grams
- Ghee- 30 Grams
- Green Chilly- 1/2, finely chopped
- Minced Garlic- 4 cloves
- Grated Ginger- 1 Inch
- Red Onion- 30 grams, sliced
- Capsicum, Red Bell Pepper, Mushrooms, Cauliflower – 150 Grams total, sliced
- Tomato- 40 grams, sliced
- Tomato- 60 grams, puréed
- Hing- 1/2 pinch
- Cumin seeds- 1/4 tsp
- Red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala- 1/2 tsp
- Kasuri methi- 1 tbsp
- Coriander- as garnish
Instructions
- Heat ghee, add cumin seeds, hing, minced garlic & chopped ginger
- Sauté it for 20 seconds
- Add in green chilies, all veggies and salt
- Cook till all veggies are barely tender (cover it with a lid)
- Add in masalas, mix it and cook for a minute
- Add in tomatoes and tomato puree
- Cover and cook for two minutes
- Now add in kasuri methi and sliced paneer
- Mix until paneer is well coated with masalas
- Cook covered for two minutes on medium heat
- Cook again without lid for a minute
- Garnish with Coriander
