Is headache and palpitation common in keto or the person is lacking something bigtime?
Ex: you do nothing, Simply just get you from sofa and is this possible there is a sudden increase in pace of heartbeats? And sudden headaches ( no consumption of alcohol or any toxic elements)

Headaches on keto can happen majorly due to depletion of essential electrolytes in the body.
Using Himalayan pink salt with lemon water can help you to solve this. Also water intake needs to be regulated for palpitations.
Drinking 70 ml into body weight (ex- 70 ml into 70 kgs- 4900 ml) would be ideal on keto.
