Instructions
- Heat ghee in a cooker. Add onion, green chillies. Fry till golden brown.
- Add tomatoes, cook on slow fire till it becomes tender.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilly powder, Lauki and salt. Add 20 ml water, cook with a closed lid for 5 minutes. Garnish with garam masala powder and coriander
