Instructions
- Peel tori and chop into 1/2 inch pieces.
- Finely chop onions and tomatoes. Keep them aside.
- Heat ghee in a pan, add onion and cook until golden brown.
- Add tomato and cook till it becomes tender. Add tori, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and cook on slow fire for 7 to 10 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander
