- In a hot pan sauté peppercorns and bay leaf with olive oil.
- Add chopped onions and garlic.
- Sauté it till golden brown.
- Add chopped button mushrooms.
- Add salt and pepper
- Let it cool down and make it into a paste, remove the bay leaf as you aren’t a cow who will eat that leaf.
- Adjust consistency by adding water or reheating it again.
