Instructions
- Pre cook mutton in a pressure cooker with some salt and turmeric. (Don’t throw away the water that it accumulates while cooking)
- In another pan heat ghee and add chopped onions, curry leaves, ginger garlic paste and let it cook until nice golden brown.
- Add chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala.
- Cook it till it becomes a thick paste.
- Add mutton and mix it together. Let it cook and add stock (water in which mutton was cooked) to the pan.
- Cook it on a high flame for 15 minutes till it reduces and mutton is cooked. Garnish with ghee and serve
- This recipe can be accompanied along with Keto Cauli Rice or Keto Coconut Paratha.
