Instructions
- Place blueberries on a baking sheet in a tray.
- In a pre-heated oven at 50 degrees, place the tray for 30 minutes.
- Cool down and add blueberries to a mixer, add cream cheese and cream.
- Before adding cream, drain them on a muslin cloth.
- Mix it in a mixer and then transfer it to a fresh bowl.
- Use hand blender and blend it for 12 minutes on bed of ice cubes to cool it as it blends.
- Garnish with whole fresh blueberries and refrigerate it for 3 hours at least.
