Instructions
- Clean and cut cauliflower into florets.
- Soak it for 30 seconds in hot water.
- Marinate it in cream, melted cheese, chilli powder and turmeric powder.
- In a pan, add olive oil and sauté chopped ginger and garlic. Add marinated cauliflower and let it cook with a lid for 6 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander.
