𝗞𝗲𝘁𝗼 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘀𝘆 𝗖𝗮𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿
Instructions
  1. Clean and cut cauliflower into florets.
  2. Soak it for 30 seconds in hot water.
  3. Marinate it in cream, melted cheese, chilli powder and turmeric powder.
  4. In a pan, add olive oil and sauté chopped ginger and garlic. Add marinated cauliflower and let it cook with a lid for 6 minutes.
  5. Garnish with coriander.
