Keto Classic Chicken Curry
- Boneless Chicken- 150 grams
- Ginger and garlic paste- 15 grams (freshly made)
- Butter- 30 grams
- Cinnamon - half stick
- Jeera- 1/2 tsp
- Cardamom - 4-5
- Cloves- 2-3
- Onions- 40 grams
- Tomatoes- 40 grams
- Turmeric- 1/4 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
- Coriander- 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala- 1/2 tsp
- Salt- to taste
- Freshly chopped coriander- as garnish
Instructions
Keto Classic Chicken Curry
- Add butter to a pan. Add jeera,cloves, cinnamon and cardamom.
- Sauté it for a minute.
- Now add ginger garlic paste, onions and tomatoes and sauté till cooked.
- Add all spices and adjust salt.
- Add half boiled chicken and coat it with masala.
- Add a cup of water and cover it with a lid for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander.
