- 150 Grams Paneer Cubes
- 30 Grams Onion Chopped
- 2 Cloves Gralic Chopped
- 20 Grams Butter
- 5 ml Soya Sauce
- 10 Grams Schezwan Sauce

- 1 Pinch Black Pepper Ground
- Coriander for Garnish

- 150 Grams Cauliflower Riced/Grated
- 30 ml olive oil
- 50 Grams Onion Chopped
- 1 No. Green Chilly Chopped
- 1 Inch Ginger Finely Chopped
- 2 Cloves garlic Finely Chopped
- 30 Grams Cabbage Chopped
- 30 Grams Spring Onion Chopped (Optional)
- 30 Grams French Beans Chopped
- 1 tsp Soya Sauce
- 1 Pinch Black Pepper Powder/Ground
- Himalayan Pink Salt to Taste

Instructions
Keto Fiery Paneer
- Add butter to a pan, add onions and sauté, add garlic along, add tomato purée
- Sauté it well and add paneer with sauces mix it well
- Mix it well and cover it with a lid for a minute
- Season it and garnish it with coriander
Cauli Fried Rice
- Heat olive oil in a pan, add sliced onions and saute it with green chilli, chopped ginger, garlic, sauté them for a minute
- Add cabbage, spring onion, French beans and stir fry for 2 minutes
- Add chopped or grated cauliflower
- Add soya sauce, black pepper powder and salt Mix it well and avoid overcooking
