- 50 Grams Almond Flour
- 5 Grans Himalayan Pink Salt
- 20 ml olive oil

- 100 Grams Cauliflower Florets
- 15 Grans Butter
- 15 Grams Cream
- 5 Grams Himalayan Pink Salt

Paneer Fritters
- Add almond flour, salt in a bowl and coat paneer pieces into it
- On a pre-heated pan, add olive oil and add paneer. Shallow fry it till it turns brown on both sides.
Cauli Mash
- In a mixer add blanched cauliflower, butter, cream and salt and make it into a puree
- Garnish with fresh herbs
