Paneer Fritters
  1. Add almond flour, salt in a bowl and coat paneer pieces into it
  2. On a pre-heated pan, add olive oil and add paneer. Shallow fry it till it turns brown on both sides.
Cauli Mash
  1. In a mixer add blanched cauliflower, butter, cream and salt and make it into a puree
  2. Garnish with fresh herbs
